Shelia always came into my room smiling. I felt she was an exceptional nurse, not hurried, spent time with me to see what I needed, how my pain was, etc. I came to P Neal West in June 2024 from UT hospital after a fall in the parking lot, while walking and trying to take a photo of our grandson with his new bike! I had a fractured elbow and pelvis + was in terrible pain. It was not under good control at UT, and when I got a Pat Neal, they saw that, and worked together to get it under control. Sheila helped in that, noticing my pain level, etc. She spoke with me about our common interests, not just hearing me out. I am sorry this is so late, but I had a long recovery. Now normal and driving, etc., and had misplaced this form. Thank you, Shelia!
