She assisted my daughter with using a bedpan, and even when urine got on her hands, she handled the situation with kindness and grace that surpassed anything I could have imagined.

Even during her breaks—and even if she is assigned to a different unit—Ms. Shaza comes to check on my son and ensures he is eating well. Once, when he refused to take his vitamins, she sat with him and patiently encouraged him until he took them himself; this has happened more than once.

She also uses her personal break time to apply soothing cream to my son’s face, knowing how much the skin rash is bothering him. Her dedication to his comfort is truly remarkable.
