Our experience would not have been the same without Shawna as our nurse. We had just had our first baby and we had no idea what to expect, and she was there for our family every step of the way. Her knowledge and compassion were unmatched. She respected our wishes and provided us with absolutely anything we needed. She is a fantastic part of the UPMC team, and I hope we are able to work with her again in the future. She deserves this award in absolutely every way.
