During my time at Soin, Shawn provided me with understanding care. He was sensitive in treating my physical needs and my emotional needs.

Shawn helped coordinate the many doctors who saw me and interpreted their many findings. He always went the extra mile in explaining all procedures and results.

While I was in the hospital, Shawn was a source of great emotional support for me. He patiently answered all my questions, kept track of my pain medications, and helped to interpret what the doctors ordered. The thing that impressed me most was how he went out of his way to answer my questions. If he didn’t know the answers, he went out and researched the question until he had a good answer. Shawn is the kind of nurse all patients wish for. My daughter says, “He is the best!”
