I was on my way to an appointment with Sharon Scherwinski and was shopping at Super One before the appointment. I was having intestinal upset in the store. I made it to the bathroom but never made it on the toilet before fecal incontinence exploded, making a huge mess. I was a mess! Clothing and shoes were soiled. I left the store and went to the clinic. I was a mess and sat in a wheelchair. Sharon came out and saw me by the front door. She came and got me and wheeled me back to the exam room. She never got flustered with my mess. She helped undress me and used wipes to clean me up. She was very professional in her job that day. She calmed me down and said it was just part of her job. She made me feel better about the mess I brought in. She comforted me throughout the ordeal. I was stressed and crying, but she was very comforting. I had a nervous breakdown, and she was very consoling! She got me hospital clothes and took me to the emergency room, reassured me not to be ashamed of my mess, and threw my soiled clothing in the garbage. She was amazing. I had confidence in her ability to get the job done. She was so cool and collected.
