Sharifa has been a blessing to our residents. She consistently goes above and beyond her job duties.

She started a recycling program to raise funds for our residents, with proceeds used to celebrate special occasions, birthdays, and holidays. Sharifa is Muslim, but every Christmas she ensures our residents receive individually wrapped, beautifully packaged gifts and that the unit is decorated with Christmas trees.

Sharifa also initiated a gardening program for residents. In addition, she connects residents to volunteer and job opportunities for people who struggle with mental illness. Sharifa consistently advocates for our residents and their well-being.
