Working with Shannon Victor has shown me what true leadership in nursing looks like. As a charge nurse, she consistently goes above and beyond her role to make sure no one is ever left behind. No matter how busy the shift becomes, Shannon always finds time to help others, whether it is assisting with admissions, answering questions, helping with critical patients, or simply checking in on overwhelmed staff members. Her support creates an environment where nurses feel safe, valued, and encouraged.
