Shannon showed incredible compassion towards my mother-in-law. She exhibited excellent professionalism. It was an extremely busy evening, however, Shannon continued unwavering empathy to all in the waiting area. Without hesitation, she gently assisted my mother-in-law with care. Shannon's voice enabled her to remain calm. The world needs more nurses like Shannon.
