I worked with Shannon in NU436 - Transcultural Nursing. Shannon demonstrated a strong work ethic, outstanding academic skills, and a drive to succeed. Shannon also expressed a passion for nursing care, and through example, it is clear they are a true advocate for the populations they serve.

As Shannon progressed through NU436, with each assignment, she expressed a growing passion for transcultural nursing. Shannon has become dedicated to the concepts learned in NU436 and is taking those ideas back into the practice setting to provide transcultural nursing care to those served.
