Shannon treats each patient with compassion and dignity. She embodies the core values of St. Mary’s every day with every patient. She provides safe, competent, compassionate, respectful care and does so with joy – even under stress.

I am a clinical instructor and she goes out of her way to include nursing students in care and helps educate them both clinically and also provides an excellent example of everything a good nurse should be!

First off, I just want to say Shannon is an amazing nurse! She is very, very kind and caring, and goes above and beyond for her patients. She treated me like gold and helped make my stay so much more comfortable and pleasant.

Shannon treated me like I mattered, and that meant the most to me. She was on top of giving my medications on time and making sure I had anything and everything I needed. Any issue I had, if she couldn’t fix it herself, she made sure I got the help I needed.
