Shannah has gone above and beyond for my daughter and me. She treated us like we were family and was always one step ahead. She is very compassionate about her job and her patients. She makes you feel very comfortable. She listens to everything you tell her and answers any questions you have.

Her bedside manners are amazing, and you don’t see that with a lot of nurses, but she takes pride in her job. My daughter is a very hard stick, and she remembers that and doesn’t stick her unless she knows for sure that she has a vein.  We really appreciate everything she did for us while we were there.
