Nurse DeBose is, and has been for years, an exemplary human being and nurse. She remains compassionate and professional in all interactions. She consistently affords respect to her patients, their families, and her peers. She has always been an advocate for her patients and an asset to the entire team. She completes full assessments, and her reliable use of the interpreter line frequently results in new, pertinent information regarding history and symptomatology that impacts the treatment regimen. She is reliable in her interpretation and implementation of plans and in the dissemination of information to family members.
