Shana is the most dedicated human being I have ever known. She works late nights and helps us all in this transition, even though she was struggling. She has been tremendous at handling her new role while covering for nurses when we were short-staffed during our go-live week. She has always been an amazing boss and good at her job. She is one whom you can count on for help; if she doesn’t know the answer, she will do everything she can to find the answer for us. While learning new roles for everyone, no matter what she is doing, she is one who jumps to help if we need it.

Shana has gone above and beyond during the transition of the CAAC Clinics to Mary Lanning. It was no easy feat to ensure all employees were transitioning well, fixing all “cracks” and “hiccups” that surfaced throughout the transition. Giving more than 100% at all times to ensure all employees' needs were met inside and outside of the clinic. She deserves more recognition than can be provided through this award, but I hope this serves as a token of appreciation on behalf of every employee of CAAC. She is truly the glue to the clinic, and we are so appreciative of all she does.

Since we transitioned to Mary Lanning, she has stepped up and filled in any area where she has been needed. She is always willing to help and tries to make everyone’s job less stressful. She is always working, even during the evening hours when she should be with her family. When there are questions she can’t answer, she will take the time to give you accurate information in a timely manner. She is always great to work with. I appreciate all she does for us.

Her willingness to assist and her consistently kind demeanor are extraordinary. She is one of the first people to offer help regardless of the task. She has been our rock before, during, and after our transition to Mary Lanning. If it wasn’t for her, a lot of us would have panicked. She has done so much work behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly and is the best office manager that I have ever worked with.

With our transition to becoming a part of the MLH team, she has made her employees' transition smooth and as stress-free as possible. She has gone above and beyond her role as manager to make sure each and every one of us staff members had everything we needed during the transition. She is the rock of our team, and without her guiding, leading, and caring for us, our transition would not have gone the way it did.

She always goes above and beyond for our clinic. She does everything that is asked of her and then some. She shows up to work every single day with a smile on her face and joy to share with everyone. Having her as my leader makes every single day a better day. She never hesitates to jump into a new task and help out, even when she has mountains of work to do of her own. She always puts patients and families first. She truly is what makes the clinic run smoothly.

She has been the biggest backbone and help since transitioning to Mary Lanning. She has gone above and beyond by helping out with everything from just being there to talk to, to helping with patients. She has spent countless hours outside of work to make sure this transition has been the smoothest it can be. She has been one of the best managers I have ever worked for. She 100% deserves this award for all the hard work and dedication she has put into her job and this transition.

She has been the “rock” of the clinic through our transition to joining Mary Lanning. She has worked very selflessly through this transition to make it as smooth as possible for staff and patients. All of our staff feel comfortable approaching her with questions, and no matter how busy she may be, she takes the time to help us and make us feel appreciated.
