Shaina is amazing. She went above and beyond for my son and was always there to help out. She provided excellent care and dedication and made sure we were happy and comfortable. I expressed my frustrations and she was on top of resolving them for me. She took the time to go over blood work with me and bottle fed my son as a helping hand. She always made sure the bottles were warm before they got here.

I feel that Shaina went above and beyond to make our time here comfortable and advocated for us and helped contribute greatly towards my son's progress. Without Shaina's positivity and care, this stay would of remained uncomfortable. I'm grateful my son had her and I am grateful to the help and dedication she provided.
