One day while we were in the Female General Ward at University Hospital Sharjah, while I was accompanying my sick sister, I was observing the nurse Shaikha who was taking care of my sister. I noticed how much a compassionate nurse can have a big influence on a patient's journey. 

She was an example of true compassion and care. She dealt with my sister with kindness & patience and was able to relieve her anxiety and fear with her smile and encouraging words. She was always there for any need, and she made sure to communicate the information clearly and reassure us at every step. She spoke with my sister with love and attentiveness, constantly checking her comfort, which made us feel like we were in safe and capable hands. Her care was a source of great reassurance to us, especially in the critical time we lived as a family, and she deserves to be a symbol of exemplary humanitarian nursing. She was not just a nurse but a real supporter at a difficult time.

Thank you for every moment of care and every kind word you offered. You truly deserve all the appreciation and gratitude.

في أحد الأيام، بينما كنا في جناح النساء العام في مستشفى الجامعة بالشارقة، وكنت أرافق أختي المريضة، كنت أراقب الممرضة شيخة وهي تعتني بها. لاحظت حينها إلى أي مدى يمكن للممرضة المتعاطفة أن تُحدث تأثيرًا كبيرًا في رحلة المريض.

كانت مثالًا حقيقيًا للرحمة والرعاية. تعاملت مع أختي بلطف وصبر، وكانت قادرة على تخفيف قلقها وخوفها من خلال ابتسامتها وكلماتها المشجعة. كانت حاضرة دائمًا لأي احتياج، وحرصت على توصيل المعلومات بوضوح وطمأنتنا في كل خطوة.

تحدثت مع أختي بمحبة واهتمام، وكانت تتابع راحتها باستمرار، مما جعلنا نشعر أننا في أيدٍ أمينة وكفؤة. كانت رعايتها مصدر طمأنينة كبيرة لنا، خاصة في الوقت الحرج الذي كنا نعيشه كأسرة. إنها تستحق أن تكون رمزًا للتمريض الإنساني المتميز.
