I want to take this time to express my deepest gratitude to Sha, who is my care coordinator. However, after typing those words, it doesn’t sit right. Yes, Sha is my care coordinator, but she is much more than that.

I have been working closely with Sha for just over a year now. Without a doubt, Sha goes above and beyond in ways that I find hard to express. Sha has saved my life. Truly, but she has not only saved my life, but she has also shown unparalleled dedication to the well-being of my family. Sha’s kindness, care, and unwavering support have been a huge constant source of comfort in times of need. Sha’s expertise, compassion, and selflessness have made all the difference to us as a family.

The care Sha has shown to me during such a vulnerable time has been nothing short of extraordinary. I will never be able to fully convey how much her kindness and dedication have meant to not only me, but also to my family. No matter the day, time, or circumstance, Sha will be there at the drop of a hat. Sha has demonstrated this numerous times over the year. This is what sets Sha apart; it’s not just her exceptional skill, but her heart. She truly cares. Sha is a complete credit to the perinatal team, and I truly hope her dedication is recognised.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you, Sha. You are truly one of a kind, and we as a family will forever be grateful for you. Without your continued dedicated support and warm words of encouragement, I truly would not be here. You are not only an amazing nurse, but a beautiful person inside and out. I am forever lucky to have you as my care coordinator.
