Shade was not assigned to my care, yet he consistently showed up whenever I needed support. Each time I had a question or my shift RN wasn’t immediately available, he stepped in without hesitation. With the doctor’s approval, he kindly escorted me to Costa coffee shop for a coffee, adding a small but meaningful moment of comfort to my day.

He is a truly gentle and compassionate healthcare professional. He helped me get in and out of bed twice, patiently assisted with reattaching my leads more than once, and did all of this with calmness and genuine care. His presence made me feel supported, and treated as a person..not just a patient..Thank you Shade
