Seth has been an invaluable resource for our Cystic Fibrosis and Pulmonology Clinic. When Seth stepped in, he completed the blood draw quickly and compassionately. When I returned for medication reconciliation, I was amazed by the transformation—the child was calm, smiling, and reassured. The family expressed deep gratitude for Seth and the care he provided.

This is only one of many examples. Every patient Seth assists walks away with a more positive, reassuring experience. Whether inpatient or outpatient, when I see Seth enter a room, I know the patient and family will feel at ease and that he will skillfully and gently gain access. Families have repeatedly expressed their appreciation for the way he reduces stress and anxiety during difficult procedures.

Seth is always willing to help without hesitation. His technical excellence is matched by his compassion, professionalism, and genuine care for every patient. He has a rare ability to build trust, provide comfort, and turn a stressful situation into one that feels manageable and even uplifting.
