During a very stressful and uncertain situation, Seref demonstrated the kind of care and compassion that defines what nursing truly is about. When I was feeling anxious and overwhelmed, she took the time to sit and speak calmly and was very reassuring.

She never made me feel like a burden or that she was in a rush to leave my room. I am a nurse also; I work for the HCA-LRHC location. I understand the business and constant demanding environment that we work in; she made the time and provided comfort and reassurance. Her calm demeanor helped ease my anxiety.

Because of her compassion, patience, and genuine concern, she turned a stressful situation into one where I felt supported and cared for. She is an incredible example of what nursing should be, and I am deeply grateful for the reassurance and kindness she showed me.
