Semerria Wallace, RN

My friend's mother was in hospital for a broken hip. Normally, when she has been in hospital, she is very standoffish with the nurses. This time, we noticed how different she was with her nurse, Semerria Wallace. That's because Semerria's approach was very gentle and kind, which made my friend's mother feel so comfortable to the point that she would do whatever was asked of her, and she would communicate with Semerria without hesitation.

The way Semerria explained each step and everything she was gonna do in detail to my friend's mother also made her feel very comfortable. Semerria being her nurse made it easy and comfortable for us to leave if we had to because we knew she was in great hands while we were gone. Semerria has a great future ahead of her in nursing with her level of compassion and care she has for her patients. She definitely deserves to be recognized.
