Being a travel nurse, I was not quite familiar with the unit or routine. I met Seena in ASU and the way she treated her coworkers is exceptional. One of the nurses told me Seena just came back from a long vacation but the way she came back to work was as if she never left. I hear from her coworkers that she is a very exceptional nurse with lots of knowledge, very good at starting IVs, and very professional with good teamwork ability. ASU unit is around the corner with not that many resources but as a travel nurse I never felt it that way whenever she was around. Even working 16 hours, I never heard from her saying she was tired. She always makes sure the unit is well equipped, the staff is well-taken care of (especially Travelers), and even the unit is tidy. She helped me with so much and made my day. Even with her own 4 patients she was kind enough to help me with my cath lab patients. Smart, kind, and a dedicated nurse. I am so grateful to work with her.
