Scarlett has proven herself to go above and beyond for others working in this department. She sees the need for other co-workers to get behind and jumps in. She makes sure the clinic flows to get our patient's needs met. She provides education, compassion, and understanding to all she meets, whether it is a patient or staff member. A real asset to the department. Scarlett troubleshoots problems with insulin pumps and works on the inside to assist with cost-effective ways to help with the budget. Things that are not asked of her. I have seen her stay late to make sure the last phone calls are taken care of. Scarlett truly is an asset to this department and our tribal patients.
