I had a very traumatic accident in Chiang Mai, and due to the depth of the wound, I was advised to visit the hospital every day for a week to have it cleaned. At just 27 years old and from England, I had never been in the hospital for any major medical emergency. Upon arriving at Bangkok Hospital Phuket, Khun Sarunya quickly helped me feel calm, reassured, and consoled, as I was both frightened and in a great deal of pain. She was incredibly patient and understanding.
Words fail to express my gratitude to her and the entire clinic team. She is exceptional at what she does and possibly one of the best healthcare professionals I have encountered in my life.

My wife and I were involved in a motorbike accident. It happened just a short distance from our hotel. We were taken to the emergency room and later, after visiting the police station, returned to the hotel, where we were informed that a nurse could see us the next day. Sarunya came to our room and was absolutely wonderful. She guided us to Bangkok Phuket Hospital for treatment and care and helped us gather all the necessary insurance documents so we could be covered for the accident.
She was warm, kind, and incredibly helpful, checking in on us through WhatsApp and ensuring we were well taken care of. Being far from home, which is California in the U.S., this kind of attention and support was especially meaningful. We are so grateful for her generosity and her time and knowledge. It truly felt like an angel dropped in to help us during this difficult time.
