My mother was a patient at Christus Good Shepherd. She went to the ER for stomach pain and was diagnosed with Stage IV cancer. You can imagine the range of emotions my mom was dealing with. This nurse was one of the nurses Mom had while she was there. She went above and beyond to communicate my mother's needs to the doctor and to do her very best to make sure my mother was as comfortable and pain-free as possible, while also doing everything she could to keep my mother stable.

She was extremely compassionate and communicated beautifully. Christus is blessed to have her as one of its nurses. Thank you so much for being a blessing to my mother during her week there. She went to be with Jesus, but I truly believe we had that week with her thanks to the great nurses and staff at Christus Good Shepherd and the Lord above. Having that week with her meant the world to us. Thank you!
