Sarah took care of my daughter while in the NICU for 17 days in May. Sarah loved our family during that difficult season by listening to our family's needs, advocating for us in various ways, and encouraging my husband and me. Sarah took the time to listen to my concerns and embrace the tears I had due to the emotional toll of the NICU.

Sarah loved my daughter. She took exceptional care of her, and it showed in how she handled her and spoke to her. I knew when I would leave every day that my daughter was loved and cared for. It helped ease the pain I was experiencing from being away from her during that time! I don't have enough kind words for Sarah or the Cypress NICU team.

Sarah and the team are truly a gift. What a difficult and unplanned situation we had endured during that time, and we could not have gotten through that without the amazing nurses and doctors. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
