Sarah Ahaesy, RN

Sarah Ahaesy was the most patient, kind, and compassionate caregiver that we have had the pleasure of knowing. Our mother was brought into the ER in hospice after a breast cancer diagnosis but had severe pain from an unrelated issue. Her medication and an adrenal mass that was hemorrhaging had caused her to become combative and aggressive, and we could no longer manage her care at home due to the new diagnosis.

Sarah worked tirelessly throughout the next two months, along with the rest of the staff, to get her pain and physical challenges under control so that our mother could leave this world in peace. Sarah gave our dad tremendous comfort with her intelligence, competence, and empathic nature. We are forever grateful. She took the time to explain everything to our family with compassion and suggestions for her treatment to continue to make her comfortable. Sarah has gone above and beyond to make a terrible situation manageable, which allowed us the time and opportunity to support our mother on her end-of-life journey.
