I would like to nominate Sara Juelfs for the DAISY Award. I have known and worked with Sara for some time now and have found her dependable, efficient, intelligent, and relentless in obtaining the best possible outcomes for every patient she takes care of. I have also been lucky enough, not so lucky, to have Sara take the role of being my nurse when needing care for personal illness. And I found her to have all the qualities of an excellent nurse. She is kind and compassionate, confident and positive, thoughtful and understanding. During my care with Essentia, Sara made me feel like a family member and that I would be taken care of. Sara displays a huge sense of compassion for all her patients and is an absolute sweetheart to her coworkers!
