During all this, Sara was always caring, compassionate, and quite simply WONDERFUL. She always asked about my husband.
Despite being fully immunized 2-1/2 years ago, I had mild Covid. This led to long Covid with many ongoing issues. Sara was and is wonderful. For the shortness of breath and fatigue, she referred me to a pulmonologist. It took months before I got in. She cared for me, did blood work, pulmonary function test, got me started on an inhaler for new mild asthma, worked with me on low O2 and higher pulse rates, got me an appointment with oncology for new monoclonal gammopathy. Both of these specialties told me what a good job she did. They were impressed. I also developed severe fatigue, muscle aches, foot neuropathy, and muscle spasms. Sara figured out an OTC medication regimen, which helped greatly. Still some ongoing problems, but so much better.

During all this, I am a caregiver for my husband, who has battled bladder cancer for 11 years with 2 rounds of BCG treatment and 5 surgeries, chronic bronchitis, depression, and then, to make life interesting, he developed shingles, which he was immunized for. Mild case, but it went on the cornea of his eye!! During all this, Sara was always caring, compassionate, and quite simply WONDERFUL. She always asked about my husband.

She never made me feel like I was taking too much of her time at any appointment. She always listened to concerns and was on top of any new issues. I would shudder to think how I might have made it through this journey without "my Sara". She is an absolute gem. I can't say enough about how knowledgeable she is. When I had a question, she didn’t have an answer for she never just said, "I can't answer that. I don't know." Instead, she said, "I don't know, but I'll find out and get back to you." And she did. So thank you, thank you, thank you, Sara. On a scale of 1-10, you are a 20!
