I would like to nominate Sandhee Vinh due to her extraordinary care, compassion, and guidance during our postpartum hospital stay. As first-time parents, we were overwhelmed, exhausted, and unsure, but Sandhee met us with calm expertise and unwavering support. She went above and beyond her role by not only tending to my wife with kindness and professionalism but also taking the time to teach us how to care for our newborn with confidence and love. From swaddling to soothing, feeding to diapering, she patiently walked us through each step, never once making us feel inadequate or judged. What stood out most was her ability to create a space of comfort and empowerment. She anticipated needs before we even voiced them, answered our endless questions without hesitation, and treated us like people, not patients.
