During his shift on Saturday, which he was originally scheduled to have off but came in anyway, Sam went above and beyond in caring for my mom. Even though he was the only RN on the floor, he made sure to take his time with her. He was extremely helpful and pleasant, making Mom feel comfortable and well cared for.
