She is extremely pleasant and is smiling no matter what she is walking into. When procedures aren’t easy or pleasant, she has a gentle touch. She never seemed to stop! She was always somewhere, in a room, making sure all the requests and needs were met. She has a special way of talking to you that makes you feel safe and welcome. It was easy to share my concerns. That is a special trait you can’t find in a handbook. She was going above and beyond regardless of the time and energy it cost her. She did that for ALL her patients – that is dedication. Any patient blessed to have her care will be grateful she was there. I feel blessed to have her as part of my care team. This hospital is blessed to have her as the very special asset she is.
