Samantha was fantastic. My father and I came in to see my mother in the morning. My mother was not doing well at that time. We explained everything that was going on to the nurse. She called rapid response and did everything she could to ensure things were taken care of promptly. She truly is the reason my mother is still here today, this afternoon. She got the ball rolling immediately and was very kind and sympathetic towards the whole situation. We wanted to thank her personally.
