I had an amazing experience at M Health Fairview while I was there for my cerebral angiogram. Each and every person who cared for me that day was exceptional. I want to specifically mention the nurse who took care of my pre- and post-op care.

Samantha treated me with the utmost respect and kindness. Right from the beginning, even at 6:30 in the morning, she greeted me with a smile. She is very personable and took time to get to know me and my family members who were with me. I am also a nurse, but she did not cut anything short. I asked her to explain everything, even though I might already know, and she did just that! She allowed time for me to ask questions and made sure I was comfortable before and after my procedure. She was very thorough with her assessments and instructions, which made me feel like I was in good hands.

I also slept for quite some time after my procedure. She respected my sleep and would pop in quietly, do her assessment, update my parents, and come back again for her next check. Just by the way she cared for me, I can tell she is a truly compassionate nurse who is amazing at what she does! I have been through a few procedures and seen a few doctors, and Samantha seems to stand out among the nurses I've encountered along the way. I believe she chose the right profession, and I wish I could have her as my nurse for all my care! I cannot thank the staff enough for how kind they were to me!
