I have known Sam since she began her nursing career at the Comprehensive Treatment Center for Addiction Medicine in 2023. The fact she made her first nursing job in the addiction field speaks volumes to her dedication to patient care. Sam was a huge part in why my boyfriend and I are now both nearly a year sober from Fentanyl and benzo use. I owe her my life as she cared for me, supported me, and believed in me when no one else did.
