I would like to commend Sam Nagel for the outstanding care she provided to my father. Her compassion, professionalism, and dedication truly stood out. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure he was comfortable and well cared for. Sam's communication was exceptional; she was always prompt in answering questions and keeping me informed, which gave me tremendous peace of mind during a difficult time. Having a stubborn father is not always easy!

Her kindness, warmth, and positive attitude made a real difference not only to my father but to all of us. Sam is an exceptional nurse and a true credit to her profession. We are deeply grateful for the care and compassion she showed.
