The ER was very busy, but he took the time to explain and was very thorough. Ryan is professional, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and compassionate. His friendliness put us at ease. Ryan’s bedside manner went above expectations. He really portrays how a nurse is to be! From the time we went back into the ER room until Ryan wheeled her out in the wheelchair, he always looked out for her safety and well-being.
