Ruzanna went above and beyond helping me with my assessment. With everyone feeling overwhelmed with heavy assignments, she came bright and smiling, offering to help. She helped me with my vitals, meds, and whatever the other nurses asked of her. I am so thankful for you. You made mine and everyone else’s day!
