Ruzana Zhiletezheva, RN, BSN

She exemplifies the ideal nurse. She is a nurse who goes above and beyond. She was very patient with me and always advocated for me as a student. She also pushed me to be better and provided me with educational tools for my future. Ruzana is also very hard-working. She works full-time and is a full-time student going to school to become an NP. She still had the energy and compassion to help me excel as a student in the ER.

Some of the things that I learned from Ruzana that I want to piggyback into my future nursing career are respect, compassion, integrity, empathy, leadership, knowledge, morality, and confidence. I believe Ruzana is a very good preceptor for any new nurse or student.
