Ruth Nganga is a natural leader; she is very organized and collaborates with her team on the C8 day shift. Ruth keeps her team notified of all changes that occur on C8. Ruth is also a great support RN3 /Supervisor.

Ruth has a strong foundation in nursing and builds strong relationships with her staff. She shows the utmost respect while leading the team. Ruth collaborates on solutions to problems with her team, which allows team members to feel valued and empowered. Ruth knows when a team feels empowered, they bring their best skills forward, and they create a collective success on the ward.

Ruth is an exceptional role model for her team on C8. As the RN4 for C8, I just want to say Ruth goes above and beyond in her role as an RN3 and is an asset to Western State Hospital.
