Russell was one of the first in the room and one of the last to leave. He showed everyone what it means to be a team player. I am so impressed with his calm nature during the code and willingness to jump into any role asked of him. He was one of the reasons that this specific code was successful. Even after the code, Russell was a source of comfort. He personally checked on everyone multiple times a day, asking if there was anything he could do.
