Ross made my mom feel very comfortable and relaxed. (She had a TIA.) He had a great bedside manner. He checked on her often. When we were leaving, he was VERY thorough with the discharge papers. We have never had a nurse go over every single part of the document. He was able to catch a possibly dangerous mistake. The doctor had ordered a second statin, even though she was already taking one. If Ross had not caught the error, my mother would have taken too many medications. He is a real asset to your hospital. We hope all members of your staff are as helpful and genuinely concerned for patient care. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my mother!
