I will always remember the exceptional care I received at Inova Loudoun because Rosemarie made me feel like a member of her family the second we met. Her gentle tone and her calm and caring demeanor put me at ease before and after my procedure. She anticipated my needs before I asked. Gestures such as having my bed made when I return from the restroom and bringing me cold Jell-O after my procedure made all the difference. I know she was merely doing her job in her mind, but to me, it made all the difference as she put the anxieties I had during the hospital stay and ease and support during my time of need. I am genuinely grateful for Ms. Rosemarie!
