As soon as I came onto the unit, I saw Rosanne's great smile. What a welcoming smile it is! This was my 1st time having surgery, and I was somewhat scared when I woke up from the anesthesia. Rosanne's smile and calm demeanor took the worries away. She explained everything to me: what happened during surgery and what to expect now. She stopped and talked to me, cheered me on while walking through the halls post-surgery. What a shining example for MetroHealth.
