Rose was nominated by two of her coworkers. Both recognized Rose for the amazing impact she made on a patient and the patient’s family.

Rose went above and beyond to help her patient and ended up saving a life in the process! Her patient expressed concern that she hadn’t had a visit or call from her husband. Rose tried to reach him throughout the day, and when unsuccessful, followed through with law enforcement to have a welfare check done. Her husband was discovered to have suffered a medical event and was hospitalized, but is doing well. The couple’s pets were also looked after. The patient said that she believed that Rose’s perseverance saved the love of her life and beloved pets.
