Incredible! Rosa explained everything that was happening to us. She listened and answered questions. She is the best nurse I have ever had. She went the extra mile on everything she did and made sure all my needs were met.

She makes you feel better as soon as she comes in your room. She rubs your back to ease your pain, asks how you are doing every morning, and comes back into your. room often to check on you. God chose her to be a nurse.

This hospital is so lucky that she came to work here. She delights in helping everyone. She is a great role model for her colleagues and lights up the world. Rosa is empathetic and knowledgeable. She helps take care of you even if you are not her patient. We just love her.
