Ronda has made amazing changes here at ELTACH including: increasing clean hands/safe hands overall scores to above 80%, improved quality, improved morale of the team by going above and beyond pushing for increase staff pay and activities for nurses week, improved staffing and decrease patient ratio with nurses by interviewing weekly for new staff. The list goes on and on. Ronda is a team player and spends over 80% of her work hours in the GEMBA. By doing so, she has improved patient satisfaction scores and decreased complaints on her unit.
