Rochel is a certified nurse in the Gastroenterology Department and has been working at Assuta Jerusalem for about six months. From her very first days at the clinic, Rochel's excellent interpersonal skills, great responsibility, initiative, and eagerness to learn and engage in the work were evident. During a patient’s visit to the clinic, Rochel noticed that the patient was expressing anxiety and fear about the tests. She greeted him warmly and calmly, explained the process, reassured him, and helped reduce his anxiety. In a survey conducted after the procedure, the patient mentioned that thanks to Rochel, he was able to complete the test despite the anxiety and fear that had accompanied him upon arrival.
