Watching her work, it was clear that nursing is not just her profession but something she carries in her heart.
When my brother-in-law was admitted to Jebel Ali Emergency & Trauma Care Hospital after a stroke, our family was overwhelmed with fear, but Ms. Rincy Ani Alexander became a source of comfort and confidence from the very first moment we met her.

She consistently greeted us with a warm, genuine smile that lifted our spirits even on the hardest days, and the dedication she showed toward my brother-in-law’s recovery was truly exceptional. Rincy cared for him with patience, compassion, and a sense of personal responsibility that went far beyond routine nursing duties. She explained everything clearly, reassured us whenever we were anxious, and treated him with the same respect and kindness she showed to every patient around her.

Watching her work, it was clear that nursing is not just her profession but something she carries in her heart. Her positivity, professionalism, and unwavering commitment made a difficult time easier for our entire family, and for these reasons, we wholeheartedly believe she deserves the DAISY Award.

After being admitted to Jebel Ali Emergency & Trauma Care Hospital following my stroke, I was frightened, confused, and unsure of what my recovery would look like, but Ms. Rincy Ani Alexander became one of the strongest sources of comfort and support during that difficult time. From the very beginning, she treated me with a level of kindness and patience that made me feel safe, seen, and genuinely cared for.

Even on days when I struggled physically or emotionally, her warm smile and encouraging words gave me strength. She checked on me often, explained everything in a way I could understand, and made sure I never felt alone in the process. What touched me most was how she cared for me as if I were her own family member — with compassion, dedication, and a sincere desire to see me recover. Watching her interact with other patients, I realized that this wasn’t something she did just for me; it’s who she is. Her professionalism, empathy, and unwavering commitment made a frightening experience far more bearable, and for all these reasons, I truly believe she deserves the DAISY Award. I have so much appreciation for Nurse Rincy.
