I had a family member who was recently a patient having a stroke. When the ambulance said she had to come here, she was very scared and upset. She wanted me to nominate Richie because she said he was the best nurse and, in a short time, made her feel safe and well cared for. He went above and beyond for her with her disability. I’m not surprised. I’ve worked alongside him, and he is always kind, professional, and caring to all of his patients. I am very thankful Richie was her nurse, put her at ease, and changed her perspective.
