Ronnie took extra time to talk to me. She helped me feel better by always having time for me and made me feel as though I matter. She went out of her way to provide me with a consultation to see the doctor. Ronnie saved my life... if not for her I would never found out about my heart aneurysm. She showed the skills; understood what I needed in order to get the best help. Ronnie came to my room one day to check on me, she took extra time to help me brainstorm ideas to get me through quarantine. She followed through on the things she said she would do. She talked to me and calmed my nerves. She genuinely cares for people.
